Cancellation policy Sirolo Hotel

At the time of reservation, we will require a 30% deposit of the total amount to be paid by a bank transfer or by releasing the data of the credit card guarantee. In case the client decides to cancel the reservation,they will have to give notice with at least 15 days, otherwise, the deposit (30% of the total amount) will be retained completely in the event of payment charged to the credit card or paid by bank transfer.

For cancellations made at least within 15 days notice, the deposit will be returned (by the 31st of October) as soon as possible. If we cannot get it back by that date it is refunded. Shortening the stay during the hotel stay it will still be charged the full amount.
