The Sassi Neri Restaurant caters both to customers staying at the hotel and to outside private or corporate guests who need a cozy and quiet place to taste local products and deal with business issues, including poolside.

Hotel Sirolo’s cuisine is particularly well prepared and offers simple traditional local meat and fish dishes, accompanied by typical local wines such as Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi or Rosso Conero.
